Where are your Plus-sized Options?
We currently carry up to a 5X in our T-shirt sizes but unfortunately only offer straight sizing in our handmade items. This is currently due to us starting up. We are currently looking for fit models so we can expand our sizing so if your size is currently not covered and you are based in central Scotland, please contact us!
How do you stay sustainable?
Our suppliers are based in Scotland or Europe and tend to be small independents like ourselves. They use Green printing technology with minimised consumption of water, energy and chemical substances and plant up to 1 square meter of forest per order. On top of this we use low waste pattern cutting to reduce consumption and keep our scraps for future projects.
Do you ship internationally?
We do but unfortunately it does cost more and we can't guarantee there won't be custom charges, especially with the UK leaving the EU. We will try and be open and honest about any charges as the situation progresses.
We deliver tracked 2nd Class, £4.95 in the UK. International Priority Shipping will take up to 10 days and cost around £21 for the USA and £16 for Europe.
UK and Europe
Although we hope you love your items from Dilly Dream, there may be times when you need to return items to us. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order, to return anything to us for an exchange or refund. We have years of alteration experience so if there is an issue with your item, we are more than happy to fix it up for you and send it right on back. Full refunds will be issued upon receiving your item. Alterations and repairs are only offered within the returns period.
Although we hope you love your items from Dilly Dream, there may be times when you need to return items to us. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order, to return anything to us for a refund only. Please note, we don’t offer exchanges outside of the UK and returns from overseas are not free. We offer repairs to international items, the repair itself is free but we will only cover the cost of sending it back to you. Repairs are only offered within the returns period.
